We’re a remote company working together across the world. Currently we have people working from Greece, Latvia, the Netherlands, Pakistan, Spain and the United Kingdom.
Remote, but not from home
Balancing work and private life is hard enough. Mixing the two in the same physical location is often a recipe for stress. At AppSignal, we believe in “remote, but not from home”. Everyone in our team gets a budget to rent a desk or office space close to home. This creates some mental distance from work.

Brandon Swalve
Chief Executive Officer
Brandon’s got a knack for scaling companies and simplifying the complex. Off the clock, he’s chasing down Austin’s best live music, food, and sports — usually with his family in tow, usually overruled on all three.
Thijs Cadier
Chief Technology Officer
Co-Founder. Thijs sometimes goes missing for months on end to work on our infrastructure. Makes sure our billions of requests are handled correctly. Best drummer of the company.

Proud numbers nerd with a programming language of one: Excel. Outside the spreadsheet grid, a mediocre golfer and aspiring margarita connoisseur — sometimes at the same time.
